The Streaks on the China Never Mattered Before...

"Life belongs to the living, and he who lives must be prepared for changes."
--Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

What is your theme song? Why?
Well, I remember a long time ago, I took one of those quizzes which told me that "I'm Walkin' on Sunshine" is my theme song.
I'm not so sure about that. Now, don't get me wrong, I'm a happy person and all--but I think that song would get really old really quickly. Which makes it not-so-theme-y.
Honestly, my theme song changes moment to moment--I think I'd do better with a soundtrack than one song. Though, some of my students have lately been writing in their journals about how weird my journaling music is...and honestly, I really can't take all the blame for the weirdness. (that'll just have to remain a mystery)
But writing about theme songs makes me think of TV theme songs--songs of such glory and easy memorization--songs that most of my students have never even heard of!! Growing Pains, Mr. Belvedere, Diff'rent Strokes...The Dukes of Hazzard! Maybe I have a new idea for journaling music--now that would be a weird mixed CD for sure. Weird and annoying.
